Uptown Bag
I made this project together with my friends from dynamic-crochet mailing list. Mbak Thata, the moderator call this activity Cal Project (Crochet Along).
First we have to contact her if we want to join this Cal Project and
then she will send us the pattern via private mail. However, the pattern
we used for cal project is in English. For those who didn’t used to
with English pattern can learn together how to do it. So, the cal
project is very useful for us. We have one month to make this project
(September 1 – 30, 2007). If we have any question or find difficulties
when we make this project we can ask to the forum and they will answer
your question. When we have finished the project we send the picture of
our project to mailing list and then mbak Thata will upload the picture
in her blog: http://creativepeople.multiply.com where she posts projects of the members. I used Bali Cotton Thread to make this project and need 3 weeks to finish it. (13 Maret 2008)
Winner Prize
On Saturday, September 2007. I was very happy when I received a package
from mbak Thata (Dinamiccrochet). This is the prize for crochet
competition and I was entitled to receive it as I was the winner of this
competition. I was surprised when I opened the package, so many threads
inside. It contained: 17 threads (local & import), 2 crochet
needles, 2 pairs handle bag and of course crochet book written by mbak
Thata ‘Rajutan untuk Pemula’ with short message inside. Thank you and I
hope I can make better projects with this prize. (7 November 2007)
Crochet Competition
This bag was made for crochet competition in August 2007. This competition was organized by dinamiccrochet mailing
list. The objective of this competition is to stimulate the creativity
of the members for doing their crochet projects. The members have one
month to create their projects (1-31 August 2007) and they have to use
threads from dinamiccrochet collection. I used Indonesian cotton threads
and combined three colors: brown, orange and blending colors (white,
green and orange). The pattern was used for making this project is from
Japanese book. Early September, mbak Thata announced the winner of this
competition and I was surprised and very happy when I knew that I am the
winner of this competition. Alhamdulillah. If you want to see other
projects of the members please visit: http://creativepeople.multiply.com/
Fruti Cake Sederhana
Cake ini udah sering
dibuat sejak aku masih SMP soalnya gampang banget. Aslinya adalah cake
biasa, bukan fruit cake. Tapi, pas bulan puasa kemarin aku bikin dengan
campuran mix fruit. Jadinya…hmmm…lumayan enak.
Fruit Cake Sederhana

250 gram margarine
250 gram tepung terigu (segitiga biru / kunci)

6 butir telur
125 gram mix fruit
250 gram margarine
250 gram tepung terigu (segitiga biru / kunci)
200 gram gula pasir
6 butir telur
125 gram mix fruit
Cara membuatnya:
Kocok margarine dan gula sampai putih. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus dikocok. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sampai habis sambil terus dikocok. Semprit Sagu Keju
Aku dapet resep kue kering
gampang buatnya. Resep ini sudah menyebar diantara temen-temen kantorku
dan jadi resep favorit kami. Terutama pas hari Raya Lebaran. Karena kita
hanya ‘sempat’ bikin kue kering kalo mau lebaran he..he..

Oleh-oleh dari Balikpapan 3
Sebagai penggemar rajut merajut, selama di
Balikpapan gak lupa aku sempetin untuk hunting benang. Gak jauh-jauh
benang namanya toko ACI.
benang wool (warna pink, hitam, coklat muda, coklat tua) masing-masing
satu gulung beratnya 100gr harganya Rp 6.750,-. Trus aku juga beli wood
handle dua macam harganya masing-masing Rp 26.500,-, kayaknya agak mahal
deh.
barang-barang kerajinan tangan. Alhamdulillah. Terima kasih ya Allah. (31 Mei 2007)

Brown Bag & Tissue Holder
These projects were made from cotton yarn that I
bought from mbak Thata. She sold the yarn as an package which includes
bag pattern and 'pearls' inside, with reasonable price. I found tissue
holder pattern in Japanese book and the wood handle, I bought it when I
was in Balikpapan. I'm very happy when I finished this project and plan
to make poncho or bolero with the same yarn and colors. Thanks to mbak
Thata who always supports us and provides good quality materials for
crochet...
